لاڤرۆڤ و سەربەخۆیی کورد

روس وەک ئەمریکاییەکان نین، ئەوان پەیوەندیەکی دێرینیان ھەیە لە گەڵ کورددا، بە تایبەتی کوردانی ئێزیدی. یەکەم کەس باس لە ئەوان ئەکات شاعیری گەورە و ناسراوی روس پۆشکینە. لە کتێبی سەفەرێک بۆ ئەرزروم پوشکین کوردە ئێزیدیەکان بە خەڵکی تاوس ناودەبات. لە بەر بوونی کورد لە نێوان روس و تورکدا ئەم پەیوەندیە لە قۆناغی جیاوازدا ڕۆڵی جیاوازی لێدەکەوێتەوە.
لە ڕۆژانی کۆتایی ئیمپراتۆریەتی روسیدا عەبدوڕەزاق بەدرخان دەبێتە عاشقە روس و ھەوڵ ئەدا بە پشتیوانیان دەوڵەتێک دروست بکات. ئەم پاشخانە، بە تایبەتی کە کوردناسی ئەمڕۆ بنەماکەی دەگەڕێتەوە بۆ روسەکان، بۆ من جێگای سەرنج بوو کاتێک لاڤرۆڤ باس لە کورد ئەکات بە وشەی minion.

ئەم وشەیە بە مانای ئەوە دێت کە کەسێکی بێ بایەخ، بێ ھیچ گرنگیەک دوای کەسێکی گرنگ یان گەورە دەکەوێت. لاڤرۆڤ ئەم وشەیە بەکاردەھێنێت بۆ کورد لە پەیوەندیدا بە ئەمریکاوە. بەو مانایە ئەمریکا دەیەوێت لە خەڵکێک کە ھیچ گرنگیەکیان نیە کارێک ئەنجام بدات.
بەکارھێنانی ئەم زمانە، وەک سوکایەتی بۆ کورد، دەربڕی چەند ئاماژەیەکە:

یەکەم، سوککردنی پەیوەندی کورد و ئەمریکا لە ڕۆژئاڤا
دووەم، گەیاندنی پەیامی ئەوەی کە کورد خەڵکانێک نین کە ئەھلی دەوڵەت بن، ئەوان تەنھا پاشکۆی ھێزێکی گەورەن. ئەم سوکایەتیە بەشێکی زۆری سەرچاوەکەی کورد خۆیەتی. کورد تەنھا لە یەک شتدا باڵایە ئەویش خۆ سوککردن.
سێیەم، دەربڕی بێزای روسەکانە لە دۆخەکە.
بەڵام ئایا روس یان لاڤرۆڤ بۆچی پرسی دەوڵەتی کوردی دەوروژێنێت لە ئێستادا. وەک دەزانین کە روسەکان ھێندە دژ نەبوون لە بەرامبەر ریفراندۆمدا، چونکە بە پێی دۆخەکە ھەڵوێستیان وەرگرت نەک بە دیدی ئایدەلۆژی و ھەڵوێست، بەڵکو زیاتر پراگماتیست و یاریکەر بوون.

روسەکان لە وروژاندنی ئەم پرسە چەند ئامانجێکیان ھەیە:

یەکەم، پەیامی ئەوەیە کە ئەمریکا نابێت تەنھا ناوچەکانی ژێر دەسەڵاتی خۆی ئاوەدان بکاتەوە بەڵکو دەبێت ھاوکاری ئاوەدانکردنەوە بێت لە ھەموو سوریادا.
دووەم، دەیانەوێت لە ڕێگای سیاسەتی ئاوەدانکردنەوەوە، کە لە سەرەتاوە ئەمریکا پلانیەتی وەک چەکێک بەکاری بھێنێت، پەیوەندی و دانپیانانی شەرعیەت بۆ ئەسەد دابین بکەن.
سێیەم، روسەکان بە گرێدانی ڕۆژئاڤا و باشورەوە دەیانەوێت پەیامێک بۆ ئەوروپا و تورک و ئەوانیتر بنێرن کە پشتیوانی ئەمریکا مەکەن لە کارەکانیاندا، تەنھا دەبێتە مایەی توندوتیژی ناسەقامگیری تر.
چوارھەم، ئەمانە ھەموو لە ساڵیادی ١٦ی ئۆکتۆبەردا دەوروژێنرێت، وەک پاشخانێک بۆ ئەوەی یادەوەری ھێزەکان ختۆکە بدات کە ھەوڵی جیاکردنەوە کێشەی لێدەبێتەوە.

بەڵام سەرباری ئەمە چەند ڕاستیەک ھەیە:

یەکەم، ئەمریکا جگە لە ناوچەی کوردی ھیچ دەسەڵاتێکی بە سەر پارچەکانی تری سوریادا نابێت. بۆیە ڕۆژئاڤا بۆ ئەمریکا بریتی نیە لە پاراستنی کورد بەڵکو بریتیە لە ھەبوونی پێگە بۆ ئەوەی بەشێک بێت لە یارییەکە، لە وڵاتێکدا کە ئەمریکا ھەمیشە تەنھا لە ڕێگای سیخوڕەوە کاری کردوە.
دووەم، روسەکان دەزانن شەڕی ئاوەدانکردنەوە، ئەگەر ئەمریکاییەکان بیکەن، ئەوا ئەگەر ڕۆژئاڤا ئاودان بکەنەوە و بەشەکانی تری سوریا بە وێرانە بمێنێتەوە لە ئەنجامدا دەبێتە کارتێک بۆ ئەمریکاییەکان لە سەر مێزی دانوستان.
شەڕی ئاوەدانکردنەوە دەمێکە دەستی پێکردوە. من لە بەیروت بەشداربووم لە گەڵ ئەوروپاییەکان لەمبارەوە، دۆخێکی ئێجگار ئاڵۆزە. ئاوەدانکردنەوە تەنھا ڕەھەندی ئابوری نیە، بەڵکو رەھەندی تری زۆرە.

Question: I would like to revisit the Idlib issue. President Assad said that the situation in Idlib is temporary. Do you think your Turkish partners under the Sochi agreement are capable of disarming the jihadists in Idlib? How can a solution be found to this final part of the Syrian war?
Sergey Lavrov: This is really a temporary agreement. This story will end only when the power of the Syrian people is restored in Syria, and all those who are now in Syria, especially those who were never invited there, will leave its territory. Everyone understands this.
I do not agree that Idlib is the only problem area in Syria. There are vast swathes of land to the east of the Euphrates River where absolutely unacceptable things are happening. The United States is trying to use this territory to create a quasi-state with their Syrian allies, particularly the Kurds.
The United States is trying absolutely illegally to create a quasi-state in this territory and to create proper living conditions there for their minions. They are creating alternative governing bodies to the legitimate Syrian government and are actively promoting the return and resettlement of the refugees. This is being done at a time where neither the United States, nor France, or other Western countries, want to create proper conditions for the return of the refugees in the territories controlled by the legitimate Syrian Government prior to, as the West keeps telling us, the beginning of a credible political process. The question is why no one has to wait for the beginning of a credible political process on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River controlled by the United States and their local supporters. There can be only one answer. They want to create a territory which will be a prototype of a new state, or start another dangerous game with Iraqi Kurdistan, the so-called idea of Greater Kurdistan. I do not rule out the possibility that the United States wants to keep the situation so heated that it never calms down. It is much easier for them to catch the fish they want in muddy waters. This approach has never led to anything good.
